WordPress runs on a dedicated LiteSpeed server

For WordPress, I operate a dedicated LiteSpeed server. LiteSpeed’s WordPress cache works with its server-level cache to reduce page load times, and the result can be a noticeably faster site when caching is configured for the site’s actual plugins and features. The cache has to respect what changes for each visitor, especially for logged-in areas and shops. LiteSpeed’s documentation describes how its WordPress cache works.

Speed comes from matching the server and cache settings to the website. I provide the server environment and can help keep the installation maintained as WordPress and its extensions are updated.

Security needs attention after launch

I also use the cPFence security suite on my servers. It includes controls designed for WordPress environments, such as WordPress security management and integrity checks. Those tools support ongoing protection work alongside regular software updates. cPFence documents its WordPress security and integrity features.

Every installation has its own plugins and access needs, alongside its update schedule. Keeping the server and site in view together makes it easier to spot when a change needs attention.
